• Nov, 2004:  Launched “Dolphin International” a partnership company by equal partners Mr. Nitin Soni & Mukesh Chovatiya for trading in Textiles machines primarily Multi Head Embroidery Machines from China

• Jan, 2005: Received first order of Multi Head Embroidery Machines which were bought from many manufacturing companies based in China under the “Dolphin” brand

• 2005: Applied to Trade Mark office for registration of “Dolphin” & “Dolphin International”

• 2006: Mutual agreement sought with Hangzhou Jingwei Electronic Mechanical Manufacture Co., Ltd for supply of Multi Head Embroidery Machines under the “Dolphin” brand.

• 2006: Nitin Soni convinced Hangzhou Jingwei Electronic Mechanical Manufacture Co., Ltd to supply Multi Head Embroidery Machines under the “Dolphin” brand.

• 2006: Sold highest number of Mix Type Computerized Multi Head Embroidery Machines in the Surat market.

• 2007: Nitin Soni further convinced Hangzhou Jingwei Electronic Mechanical Manufacture Co., Ltd to appoint Dolphin International as official agent of Multi Head Embroidery Machines under the joint brand of “Dolphin Jingwei”.

• 2007 to 2009: Dolphin Jingwei Multi Head Embroidery Machines gained popularity in the Surat market for its quality, reasonable price & after sales service.

• 2010: Both the partners mutually agreed to do business separately.  Hangzhou Jingwei Electronic Mechanical Manufacture Co., Ltd selected Mr. Nitin Soni between the 2 partners as official agent under the “Dolphin Jingwei” brand.

• 2010: New Company “Dolphin Jingwei Machines” launched by Mr. Nitin Soni

• 2011: Agreement made with Wiltop Import & Export Co. Ltd, China for trading as official agent of Rapier Machines for the State of Gujarat.

• 2011: Agreement made with Sumac Co., Ltd, South Korea as official agent of various devices of Multi Head Embroidery Machines & other products for the whole of India.
